Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be there during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. Many customers hand over the key or arrange access with the guard house, and check the unit afterwards.
The contractor hasn't finished yet. When should I book?
Book for after the contractor has fully left and all works are done. Cleaning before that means dust settles again.
Do you need water and electricity?
Yes. Both need to be connected for the cleaning to be done properly.
My unit is bigger than 2,500 sqft or has an unusual layout.

Can you also clean my sofa, mattress or carpet?
Yes. Sofa, mattress and carpet cleaning can be added to your booking. Ask us on WhatsApp for the combined price.
Which areas do you cover?
Kuala Lumpur and most of Selangor. Share your location and we'll confirm. Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Klang, Rawang and Puchong are outside our usual coverage.
