Small and large premises are priced differently, so you get a fair quote either way.

Larger premises and contracts
For larger floor areas, multi-storey premises, floor scrubbing jobs or ongoing contracts, we visit the site first. That way the quote reflects the actual scope, and you get a clear plan for frequency, manpower and timing.

Yes. Evenings, early mornings and weekends are all available. Most of our commercial customers choose after-hours cleaning.
Do I need a site visit?
Only for larger premises or ongoing contracts. Small offices and shops can be quoted directly on WhatsApp from your floor area and a few photos.
Do you provide cleaning equipment and products?
Yes. Our team brings everything needed, including floor scrubbing machines where required.
Can you do a one-time deep clean without a contract?
Yes. Many customers book a one-time deep clean before opening, after renovation or before an audit.
Do you clean event venues?
Yes. We handle pre-event preparation and post-event cleanup, including overnight turnaround.
Do you provide invoices and quotations?
Yes. Written quotations for larger jobs, and invoices for every job.
Which areas do you cover?
Kuala Lumpur and most of Selangor. Share your location and we'll confirm. Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Klang, Rawang and Puchong are outside our usual coverage.
