Started by family. Run by the next generation.
Big Family Cleaning Service started in 2007, when our family began cleaning homes in Kuala Lumpur with a small team. Today the business is run by the next generation, with the same cleaners-are-our-own-staff principle and a lot more system behind it.

What's different now
- Scheduling that actually worksEvery day, around 50 cleaners are dispatched across KL and Selangor by our own scheduling system, with our own drivers moving teams and equipment between jobs. That is how we can be in Cheras in the morning and Petaling Jaya in the evening with the right people and the right tools.
- Prices you can seeEvery service page on this website shows the price. We would rather you know before you message us than find out after.
- Booking in minutesWhatsApp us, get a price and a date. No forms, no waiting for a callback.
- The same cleaner for regular customersBook a fixed schedule and we send the same person wherever possible. Some of our regulars have had the same cleaner for years.
Where you'll find us
- In homesCondos and landed houses across KL and Selangor, weekly, fortnightly or one-time. Home cleaning, post-renovation and sofa and mattress cleaning.
- In offices, shops and cafesUsually after hours, so customers and staff never see us. Contract cleaning, deep cleans, floor scrubbing. Commercial cleaning.
- At eventsBefore, during and after. On Merdeka Day 2026 our team was on the ground at Dataran Merdeka, cleaning up after the national celebrations.
- In Wangsa MajuOur office and operations team, where the daily schedule is put together. Big Family Cleaning Service (002835768-P).
