Frequently asked questions
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment?
Either way works. Use your own vacuum, mop and products, or add our full equipment set for RM 50 per session.
Which session should I choose?
Most condos and homes under 1,500 sqft do well with Standard Cleaning. Larger homes, or homes with children and pets, usually need Extended. If it's your first clean in a while, start with a Deep Session, then move to a regular plan.
Can I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes, if you book a fixed schedule. We'll arrange the same cleaner for your home wherever possible.
Do I need to be home?
Many customers aren't. Arrange access with your guard house, or let us know how you'd like to handle entry.
What if I need to reschedule?
Let us know on WhatsApp as early as you can and we'll rearrange your session.
Do you clean offices too?
Yes. The same sessions work for small offices and shops. For larger commercial spaces, see our commercial cleaning page.
Which areas do you cover?
Kuala Lumpur and most of Selangor. Share your location and we'll confirm. Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Klang, Rawang and Puchong are outside our usual coverage.
